User License Agreement — SICURA® QuickStart

This User License Agreement is between NOHOLD, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the user (“you”). By accessing or using SICURA QuickStart (“the Service”), you agree to this Agreement.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use SICURA QuickStart according to your selected plan.
You may not share your login, sublicense the Service, or use it on behalf of others without authorization.
2. Your Content and AI Outputs
- You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service.
- We may process and store this content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve SICURA QuickStart, consistent with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- You may use AI-generated outputs for your own lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for verifying and evaluating outputs before relying on them.
3. Fair Use and Restrictions
Please use SICURA QuickStart responsibly. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or cause harm.
- Attempt to access, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
- Misrepresent the capabilities or results of SICURA QuickStart.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or our Terms of Use.
4. Payment and Plans
If using a paid plan:
- Billing follows the plan you selected.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy located at:

We do not sell personal data.
We use commercially reasonable security measures and follow the protections described in our Data Protection Statement, including physical, network, and encryption safeguards.
6. AI Limitations
SICURA QuickStart provides generative AI responses that may be imperfect, incomplete, or incorrect.
The Service is provided for informational purposes, and you are responsible for evaluating any output before using it.
We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance.
7. Intellectual Property
SICURA QuickStart, including all software, models, methods, documentation, and branding, is owned by NOHOLD, Inc.
You own your inputs and outputs.
You grant us limited rights to use your content only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
8. Service Changes and Availability
We may update features, improve functionality, or discontinue components of SICURA QuickStart from time to time.
We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, misuse the Service, or create operational risk.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months (or $0 for free plans).
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, CA.
