(last update: November 3, 2025)
At NOHOLD, Inc., we are committed to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring the highest standards of privacy, confidentiality, and data integrity across our platforms — including the SICURA® Platform, InstantSupport, Quadretto, QuickStart, and NOHOLD’s corporate websites.
Data Collection
We collect limited Personally Identifiable Information (PII) — such as your name, email address, and business phone number — only when voluntarily provided (e.g., for product inquiries, service requests, or newsletter subscriptions).
We may also collect non-personal technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and country of origin to improve functionality and user experience.
Purpose of Use
Your information is used solely to:
- Deliver requested services, content, and communications;
- Improve product performance and customer experience;
- Provide updates, offers, or support information relevant to you; and
- Conduct legitimate business operations, surveys, and service enhancements with your consent.
Information Sharing
We share data only with affiliated companies or trusted service providers who perform specific business functions on our behalf (e.g., support, mailing, or analytics).
All third parties are contractually bound to confidentiality and are permitted to use data solely for the agreed-upon purpose.
We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal processes, or to protect the rights and safety of NOHOLD, its users, or the public.
Data Protection and Security Standards
NOHOLD implements strict technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all user data.
Infrastructure Security:
- Hosting is supported by leading data centers compliant with Rackspace, AWS, and Google Cloud physical security policies.
- Dual Cisco firewall devices are configured in redundant clusters for continuous protection.
- Only HTTPS and VPN traffic is permitted for content management and reporting servers.
- Vulnerability assessments are conducted weekly using QualysGuard to identify and remediate risks.
- SSL Server IDs provide encryption through the HTTPS protocol, with 128-bit SSL encryption supported by default.
- Norton Antivirus protection is applied to prevent malware or virus intrusion.
- Hardware RAID ensures data reliability and redundancy across all storage systems.
- Backups are performed daily, with offsite storage maintained monthly for disaster recovery and continuity.
These measures, combined with internal access controls and user authentication, ensure robust protection against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
GDPR and CCPA Compliance
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Personal data is:
- Processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
- Collected for explicit, legitimate purposes;
- Limited to what is necessary;
- Kept accurate and up to date;
- Retained only for as long as necessary; and
- Protected using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
